Education / Phototherapy Workshop
This workshop is presented as a special tribute of Joan Shelk, DNA Past President and the developer of DNA's first phototherapy workshops. The workshop is an intensive one day training for those administering light therapy under a doctor's supervision. The workshop covers psoriasis and other photo responsive skin diseases, PUVA, narrow and broadband UVB therapy, equipment operation and metering, and other responsibilities associated with phototherapy administration. This is an accredited course worth 7.0 ANCC contact hours.
